Join the Shock.

Shockwave is all about fun, excitement, and empowerment. It’s designed for young dancers, giving them a space to shine in a positive, encouraged , and electric environment. We bring the perfect mix of fun and challenge — inspiring dancers to push their limits while still keeping the vibe uplifting and supportive. Dancers leave feeling proud, motivated, and energized.

Our judges are not just professionals — they are mentors who care. Feedback is designed to build confidence, encourage growth, and celebrate effort as much as achievement.

We go beyond standard ribbons and pins — extreme thought and care is put into every award that is handed out on our stage. Our awards are unique, memorable, and abundant. At Shockwave, we want every dancer to feel recognized; all dancers in a group routine will receive an award, and of course, one for the studio too! 

Each day, our competition will begin no earlier than 9:00am and end no later than 9:00pm. 

At our final awards session of the event, “The Aftershock”, our judging panel will select a number of  Shock Star Dancers that stood out to them the entire competition. These dancers will receive a scholarship for one month of paid tuition to the studio they train at. We understand the vital role that studio training has on its dancers, and how important it is to have consistent, dedicated dance classes available to them. We support the dancers AND the studios they come from. 

All Shockwave events will have a designated teacher room stocked with beverages and snacks. Catered meals for lunch and dinner will be available.
